Feralla - sighs "Ya generate a very low value (I haven't seen one above 120, and that requires 100 vials), for a max of a randomize between 0 and that value, to get a grade, and then that grade is square rooted, and the square root is what you use to give a percentage bonus to an upgrade, so, in the end, for example given enhanced accuracy, the best you can do is bring that up from 25% accuracy to 27.5% accuracy MAYBE, IF you're LUCKY, and that takes 100 vials. :T Doesn't seem worth, and that's what I'm complaining about |
